room service rude gentleman
The hotel cashier was helpful, I suppose.
The room service situation was a joke. The older gentleman working nights refused to take my order at 10:30 PM, claiming it was closed. This happened even though the menu clearly stated that room service was available until 11 PM.

amazing stay close to everything
amazing location strong pressure
the location is amazing it's so close to the action i loved being steps from nana plaza it made exploring super easy the shower had hot water with strong pressure too it felt great after a long day i liked that they had extra pillows already in the room that was helpful. i liked the free coffee in the morning its a fantastic idea and actually tasted good
the wifi was very bad it barely worked which was a problem i needed a stable connection and it was unreliable i hope they fix this soon

the room was very clean and tidy the beds are very comfortable it was nice to find extra pillows available without asking it had a super hot shower with good pressure which i enjoyed a lot

the hotel provides complimentary coffee each morning this is available in the lobby area i found it to be a very nice touch also the hotel has two buildings the newer part is located at the back and is worth the extra cost

the staff were amazingly friendly and respectful during my whole visit they were also very helpful with any requests i had all the staff assisted me in numerous ways showing genuine care throughout the duration of my stay

the location was very convenient , allowing easy access to nearby attractions. reception staff were efficient. the room included a modern bathroom with a comfortable shower stall.
the air conditioning unit made a slight dripping noise , occasionally.

easy access tidy room strong shower
The station is within 150m. this provides easy access to tourist destinations. the room i occupied was clean. It was tidy and well maintained. the shower had a super hot, strong flow of water.

dripping air conditioning strange odor
the air conditioning dripped. it made sleep difficult. a strange odor filled the room upon my arrival too. the ventilation system was also quite noisy.
